Hey, I'm Monica!

Let me share a little of my story...

As a healthcare professional, I went into my industry with a desire to help people.  While I was able to make a difference, I quickly realized that this was not how I wanted to spend all my working years. Overtime, I became frustrated with job politics, not feeling appreciated or valued, not having control over my income or time, and not living up to my potential to impact people.  I was clearly unhappy and feeling unfulfilled.  Things got so bad, I often found myself constantly complaining about the situation I was in, yet I was afraid of making a change.  I mean, I had spent 8 years getting a Master's Degree for a field that I had lost much of my passion for in just a couple years.  I would be crazy to change professions now, right?

Or, would it be more important and valuable to find a path that would allow me to make an impact doing what I enjoy and creating life on my own terms?  

It would take years of trail and error in multiple businesses and seeking out coaching and mentorship to finally find my alternate path as owner of a marketing agency and as a business and marketing coach.  My goal now is to help as many frustrated and unfulfilled professional women find and create and excel in their new path into entrepreneurship.  I know there is fear around leaving your job or income source to pursue something new, and the beautiful thing is you don't have to.  You can begin to create a business path in the small cracks of time that you do have, even if you don't think you have any extra time :)!

The business owner path is not an easy one.  You may even have to work harder in your business than you do on your job (at least for a season). 

But, if you had the ability to create the lifestyle you want with control over your time and money, more choices, and more options to do the things you love and are passionate about, would it all be worth it?!
